We met Shawna at the beginning of July, and told her we were seriously considering moving to Washington, IF she could find us a home that met all of our criteria. We genuinely thought it might take six months to find what we were looking for, in the area we wanted to be in, and in our price range. Shawna was kind and patient, and sent us listings weekly, sometimes more often, and she would happily go visit any property that interested us and give us a video walk through, since we were living out of state at the time. With each new listing we saw, she got a better understanding of what we wanted, and by the end of July she had found us THE one.
